1. Because we have a wood building, the following activities are banned:
• cigarette/cigar smoking,
• barbeques of any kind (no propane, no charcoal),
• no open fires under or near the building,
• no fireworks, of any kind, on the balconies or near the building.
2. No boats, RV's, PWC's, or trailers are allowed on the property or in the parking lots.
3. Each Unit Is allowed to park ONE car In the shell parking lot next to the building (please leave the first parking spot free for Unit 1), and ONE guest parking spot on the concrete parking pad near the road.
4. Each Unit Is allowed a maximum of six overnight occupants.
