Units range in size from studio efficiencies to three bedroom units. All units are fully furnished, including linens and kitchen utensils. They are air conditioned and equipped with microwaves, telephones and TV and VCR's.
EXTRA GUEST: are $15.00 per day or $75.00 per week.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: 11% sales tax and phone charge of $5.00 per week or $1.00 per day with free local calling.
BOAT SLIP FEE: $15 per day. Or $75 per week. Or $150 per month.
A DEPOSIT of $100.00 per bedroom per week or 1 days rental on less than a week is required.
CHECK IN TIME IS AT 3:00 P.M. - - - CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 10:00 AM.
NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL: 20 LB. WEIGHT LIMIT ON SMALL DOGS AND A $5.00 PER NIGHT CHARGE ($25.00 MAX.)
DAILY RATES Require One Week Advance Reservation
REFUND POLICY Your deposit is refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, if we rent your unit for the time period confirmed.
